Your Role:
As a Site Reliability Engineer at OpsMill, you will be part of the team that will design and build the cloud platform that powers Infrahub's SaaS offerings. Your expertise will help in architecting and maintaining scalable, reliable services, positioning Infrahub at the forefront of infrastructure management technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure for Infrahub's SaaS platform, employing advanced technologies.
- Utilize Kubernetes (K8s), coupled with a modern observability stack to optimize our services' deployment and operational efficiency.
- Develop the backend services for the cloud platform
- Ensure the highest levels of performance and availability for Infrahub.
- Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to integrate reliability and scalability into our product development lifecycle.
- Lead initiatives in automation and monitoring, enhancing system health and security.
- Actively engage in system improvement and optimization processes.

In our current stack, you’ll get to work on a lot exciting technologies from K8s to bare metal, including VMs; all major cloud providers; many projects around Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Victoriametrics, opentelemetry, Tempo) and many more, to name a few : tailscale, cloudflare, terraform, ansible, NATS, neo4j, python & go.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is optional.
- Expert knowledge of Kubernetes, Grafana stack & CI/CD Pipeline
- Experience in cloud-based and hybrid infrastructures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative mindset, adept at working in a remote team environment.
- Eagerness to explore emerging technologies and methodologies.
- Based in France with experience working in remote teams.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:
- Experience working with Graph Database like Neo4j
- Hands-on production experience with asynchronous Python backends (FastAPI, RabbitMQ, NATS)
- Hands-on experience with Netbox or Nautobot
