Your Role:
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about infrastructure automation and enjoys engaging with the networking, cloud and security communities. As an Infrastructure Automation Advocate, you will promote the best practice in Infrastructure automation, educate people, create and deliver compelling content, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Key responsibilities
- Evangelism: Actively promote infrastructure automation through various channels, including blog posts, social media, webinars, and speaking engagements at conferences and meetups.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content such as tutorials, whitepapers, case studies, and demo videos to showcase the benefits and capabilities of Infrahub.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture a vibrant community of users, developers, and partners. Respond to questions, gather feedback, and foster discussions around infrastructure automation.
- Technical Advocacy: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of Infrahub. Provide feedback and advocate for customer needs.
- Training & Support: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide technical support to help users get the most out of Infrahub.
- Market Insights: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and customer needs to provide insights that can drive product improvements and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong background in infrastructure management, DevOps, or a related field.
- Experience with automation tools like ansible, terraform or Nornir and various frameworks is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a wide audience.
- Experience with public speaking and content creation.
- Passionate about solving customer problems and enhancing their experience with automation solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, marketing, and sales.
- Willingness to travel for conferences, meetups, and customer engagements as needed.
